The acceptable forms of documentation are:
- Bank Statement (dated within 3 months of request)
- Brokerage Account Statements (dated within 3 months of request)
- IRA account statements (dated within 3 months of request)
- Cryptocurrency account statements (dated within 3 months of request)
- Any other document showing marketable assets
- Last two years of income tax returns
- W2 or 1099 for last two years
- FINRA Broker/check report
- A letter from a registered broker-dealer, an SEC-registered investment adviser, a licensed attorney, or a certified public accountant showing that the individual(s) or entity has been verified as an accredited investor. Must be dated within the last three months of the request.
